Delivery Information

Delivery policy

We deliver across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, and Peterborough. Although we offer free delivery for orders over £30, a delivery charge of £5.50 is applicable for orders below £30.

Upon successful checkout, you can pick a delivery slot at your convenience. Delivery slots are available during the delivery hours, namely, 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours, 6 days a week from Monday through Saturday. In order to secure the slot you want, we request you to place your order well in advance, as each delivery slot has a maximum capacity. Please note that for orders placed after 15:00 hours, you can only pick delivery slots from next business day onwards.

In case there isn’t anyone to collect the order at the time of delivery, the order would be automatically cancelled. In this regard, you can request redelivery at another convenient delivery slot within the next 3 days. However, we’ll levy a redelivery charge of £10 in the event of successful redelivery. If by some chance the redelivery was unsuccessful, you’re entitled to a refund (minus 10% processing fee).

Thank you for shopping with us!

Just as promised, we exert ourselves to provide you the best quality products every single time you shop with us. At the point of delivery, you are required to confirm the quality, packaging, and physical condition of the delivered item(s) in the presence of our delivery agent. Under any unfortunate circumstance of dissatisfaction with the delivered products, you are eligible to request for an immediate refund or replacement of item(s), provided the item(s) must satisfy any of the following conditions:

1.        Damaged/decayed/seal broken/ past its expiry date

2.        Item(s) missing

3.        Wrong item(s) delivered

4.        Any damage caused during shipping

The eligible amount would be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase within 7 business days from the date of delivery.

Once you are satisfied with the delivered products, you are requested to sign off the delivery note.

Note that any request for replacement or refund shall not be processed once the delivery note is signed by you.
